Assistant and General Manager - up to $50K

As a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant General Manager for Taco Bell, the main job responsibility includes recruiting and training quality workforce and motivating them to perform their jobs based on the company's standards. High quality customer service and great food experience must be consistently delivered while maintaining a cost effective operation in a great working environment. Restaurant General Managers are also responsible for coaching and counseling Team Members as well as other Managers within their control. They also have to train and develop the restaurant's team to the expected performance and certification levels. Being an RGM is a big responsibility and it is important to implement all the company's standard guidelines and policies to maintain work efficiency.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Meets financial objectives, develops and implements strategies to increase average checks
-Attracts guests by implementing marketing programs, evaluating program results, identifying and tracking changing business demands
-Controls purchases and inventory, review and evaluate usage reports, analyze variances and taking appropriate action
-Maintains operations by adhering to company policy and standard operating procedures
-Monitor, evaluate, and audit food and service offerings, build relationships with preferred guests
-Recruit, select, train, schedule, coach, and counsel staff. Communicate expectations, plan, monitor, and review job contributions.
-Enforce policy and procedures
-Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests, explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
