Job DescriptionThe Executive Administrative Assistant position supports Sales and Account Services teams with leadership including a Division Head and 6 Directors with teams of Strategic Account Executives and Account Executives. Performs a variety of administrative duties for management dealing with confidential and complex matters. Job Responsibilities: Coordinates the efficient operation of the office bymaintaining confidential and general files, ordering supplies, maintainingmanuals, and performing all other relevant duties for management. Coordinates and completes associated new businessreports. Researches, prepares, and edit reports and presentations. Orders office supplies. Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, andtravel. Assures that all assigned projects are completed in atimely and efficient manner and follow-up is done on all administrativedetails. Performs other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting multiple Executives Superior typing skills with PC aptitude. (Microsoft Office Products) Superior telephone and customer contact skills. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing 10+ calendars Proven ability to exercise sound judgment. Advanced analytical and project management skills.Education Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
